All orders placed through Grafko web shop are subject to verification, which can take up to 24 business hours. Once approved, the order will be prepared and shipped. You will be sent a notification e-mail with the tracking number of the shipment. By clicking on the trace shipment link, you will be able to see the status of your shipment. Once the order is placed, it is not possible to change the shipping address or the delivery method. Your order will be delivered to the address provided when completing your purchase. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) during normal business hours. The average delivery time for an order is 5 to 7 working days. If there is no-one home at the address specified, the courier will leave a note after each failed attempt to deliver the package. The number of attempts may vary depending on the destination country. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to Grafko company and Grafko customer services will let you know that something went wrong and what to do next.
